The Bromford comprises a mix of 1 and 2 bed high quality supported housing apartments with design features and housing related support services to ensure that our tenants feel independent but reliably and appropriately supported to become an active and integrated part of their society and community.

Our supported housing offers an alternative to traditional residential care homes, without compromising the level of complexity and intensity of care and support as required, providing integrated 24/7 care and support to people in their own homes.

We focus on the individual helping them to live a fulfilling life within housing that promotes independence and individuality, supporting people to reach their potential.

Upward Housing C.I.C

Upward Housing C.I.C is a specialist housing provider of supported housing offering rented accommodation with design features and support services that enable vulnerable people to maintain their independence and facilitate them living in their own home where they might otherwise have to stay dependent or become dependent on more intensive models of care. Our tenants will have an assessed care and support need established by Local Authority Adult Social Care and Inclusion, and may have, but not limted to:



  • A learning disability
  • A sensory disability
  • An autistic spectrum condition
  • An acquired brain injury


  • A mental health condition
  • A physical disability
  • Dementia
  • Complex needs

Upward Care

Domiciliary personal care and support is provided by a separate integrated care provider company registered with the Care Quality Commission however tenancy agreements remain consistent with the National Development Team for Inclusion Real Tenancy Test.
